Super easy to Follow 4 Weeks weightloss guide with linked videos. The first page will guide you through weightloss/fatloss step by step, showing you the whole process and the steps you will need to take to achieve fatloss. If you follow these steps consistently with patience on teh long term you will achieve the results you want. Remember there are no quick fixes!

On page 2 and 3 you will find a 4 weeks video workout guide linked to youtube videos on my personal channel, which are personalized for beginners who would like to achieve weightloss as their goal. 
On week 1-2 you will have the same schedule of workouts, this will enable you to get used to the moves by performing them for 2 weeks and progress doing the same moves during the sessions. All videos are between 10-25 minutes. On week 3-4 you will have the same schedule again with similar workouts as on week 1-2. The schedule is the same for all weeks that will include: 1 lower body day, 1 upper body day, 1 full body dumbbells day and 1 cardio day plus 1 day dedicated to stretching or yoga easy flexibility routine to recover your muscles. On sundays a long walk is scheduled that shall be at least 30 minutes long.
Try to aim for at least 20 minutes of movement 5 times a week.

This guide will supposed to help you to get a start with your journey, get comfortable with workout and strength training and learn about the steps you need to take to achieve weight loss. You can always do again and again this guide, have it as a reference or follow my youtube for other workouts. The most important is to not to give up and keep going.
